Human-Rights Respectful Open-Source License = HumanRightsROSL (HR-ROSL).

This license respects Human-Rights, & attempts to increase Human-Rights.

This license supports reduction of violations & abuses of Human-Rights.

( Abbreviations: SHIDSP = software/hardware/information/data/service/project,etc )

This license very cleraly prohibits/disallows usage of opensource SHIDSP,etc for any type violations or abuses of Human-Rights.

This license allows usage of opensource SHIDSP,etc with Human-Rights respectful way.

In another words, this is a : Human-Rights violations & abuses reduction opensource license.

If you or your company/organization completely upholds & honor & respect & follow Human-Rights (International Human-Rights constitutions, and local Human-Rights ammendments/clauses that do not violate International Human-Rights constitutions) to your best ability & effort , and if you want to develope/share your opensource software/hardware/info/data/service/project=SHIDSP source-code, etc with such other people/devs/users who also do the same to reduce violations & abuses of Human-Rights , then please use+apply+adopt+share this “HumanRightsROSL” license.

Use this license to create a better & peaceful world/earth for everyone.
Help yourself & others with this license, to increase Human-Rights in software, cyberspace, and also in any physical locations, everywhere.

Civilized societies (attempt-to) make sure there are restrictions,limitations,etc on everything and everyone , so that excessive power/ability/data/money, etc are not concentrated/centralized in the hand (or under direct-control) of one human/person/race/entity/thing , or else, it is easier to abuse or use them for harm/steal/violate/kill, etc, etc.
History can always show , un-checked/un-restricted/un-balanced/un-accounted/un-audited or “full” power/ability/data/money,etc in one human/person/race/entity/thing is (almost) always (very) harmful.

On the other hand/side , if you do not care about violations or abuses of Human-Rights , or you want to support more violations of Human-Rights and more abuses of Human-Rights , then you have right to choose any other licenses: GPL, MIT, BSD, etc for your SHIDSP (software/hardware/info/data/service/project) . (But, please use your right wisely & responsibly, and not-recklessly) . These (GPL, MIT, BSD, etc) licenses do not prohibit user from using the SHIDSP for violating or abusing Human-Rights , so these (GPL, MIT, BSD, etc) licenses & pushers of these licenses are actually helping to increase violations & abuses of Human-Rights around the world & in your locality/country . Abusers & violators like to use these (GPL, MIT, BSD, etc) licenses & SHIDSP , their pushers want you to join+help them to develop under those license , so that thier buddies (or they themselves) can use those SHIDSP for more Human-Rights violations & abuses . They can do these violations & abuses easily because these (GPL, MIT, BSD, etc) licenses do not have clear restriction/prohibition on usage for Human-Rights violations or abuses.

(1-A) Read the license/contract conditions/terms, restrictions/permissions, etc here:

(1-B) And get/download a copy if you agree.
(1-C) Rename “HumanRightsROSL.txt” into “HumanRightsROSL_License.txt” (Do Not Modify This File).
(1-D) Copy “HumanRightsROSL_License.txt”, & paste+rename into “HumanRightsROSL_Licence_for_your-software-name.txt”

(2-A) find below lines inside the “HumanRightsROSL_Licence_for_your-software-name.txt” file. Below lines can be found under “THIS ITEM” words:

(2-B) change/modify by editing those lines inside the HR-ROSL license file for your software (“HumanRightsROSL_Licence_for_your-software-name.txt”), into something like these:

Name of your SHIDSP(software/hardware/info/data/service/project),etc: Small Description Here.
Copyright (C) YEAR Your/Author NAME (author's longterm web/email/physical address)
This item released with HR-ROSL license/contract version: VERSION-NUMBER or last.

(2-C) to use+declare the HR-ROSL license inside your SHIDSP/item’s all (source-code) files, combine above 2-B lines with below 2-C lines:

SPECIFIED INSIDE HR-ROSL BASED THIS LICENSE/CONTRACT.

(3-A) And began to notify all with those modified lines from section 2b+2c in above, by using those (modified) lines in top/initial location of your SHIDSP(software/hardware/info/data/service/project),etc source code files, and in notification/output of SHIDSP or binary output, etc.

(3-B) Always keep+carry copy of these two license files: “HumanRightsROSL_License.txt”, and the “HumanRightsROSL_License_for_your-software-name.txt” with your SSHI(software,service,hardware,Info),etc in top/initial folder location.
